Hello, my name is Zorica.

The meaning of my name “Zora” is the beginning of a new day, new goals, and new possibilities. Through my experience, I have gained many skills, and as my personality always seeks something new, I am always ready to learn and discover new things.

I have been in business for over 20 years. I have gained the most experience working with people, leading large teams, organizing, motivating, marketing, and selling.

My career path is always one step further. Thus, I gained enough experience to become a regional director in one of the largest retail chains, where, through years of work in management, I gained exceptional knowledge and skills in leading large teams, organizing, motivating employees, marketing, and sales.

My dedication and expertise were recognized, so I supplemented my knowledge and experience with master’s studies, completing my managerial skills.

I continued my path as an HR business partner at the international HR agency Persona Grata, where I gained more experience in that field. As a headhunter, I find the best candidates for European companies, and in just one year, I gained great experience using the largest social network, LinkedIn. By using this network, I managed to find the simplest way to reach the best candidates.

I transferred my knowledge and experience in marketing and sales to work as a consultant for small and medium-sized enterprises in the marketing sphere. My education includes strategies for LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. In just one year on my LinkedIn profile, I managed to attract a large number of people who are in my target group.

I educate people on how to find a new or better job and how companies can contact them for a job. I completed neuro-linguistic programming with Tatjana Vojtahovski at the PCI Institute. I am a big fan of photography, and in my free time, I take photos.

I am currently the Vice President of one of the world’s largest organizations that promotes the improvement of its members’ businesses through referrals (networking). The BNI organization, of which I am the Vice President in Serbia, operates in over 70 countries worldwide, and members have access to various training and education, as well as the opportunity to connect with other business people and find new clients.

This is just the beginning of our acquaintance; through collaboration, we will not only learn but also be the best version of ourselves.
